       According to the announcement, Year 2013, 2014, 2015 January-May revenues for ADPower were 30,348,400 yuan, 60,237,900 yuan, 31,255,900 yuan respectively; net profit were -34.73 million, 3.618 million yuan, 431,300 yuan respectively.

Wabei New OTC Research Institute data showed that Guolian Securities agented this ADPower IPO with Beijing Yingke(Wuxi) law firm as legal adviser and Jiangsu SuyaJincheng Accounting firm (specialized general partnership) as financial auditor.
